Shipping on Most Products

WhiteOakBarn.com has agreements with most manufacturers to ship your order direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance for delay or a middleman handling the shipments.


Shipping Time Frames

Orders sent via "UPS or Fedex Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory.
Orders sent via White Glove Carrier average 3-15 business days depending on location once leaving the factory.
Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 3-15 business days depending on location once leaving the factory.

*Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves the factory.

Once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, delivery must be scheduled within 5 business days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within five business days, please contact us to make special arrangements otherwise, daily Storage Rates will apply for a maximum of 30 days. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, the order will be deemed unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of White Oak Barn LLC. Please contact us regarding Daily Storage Rates.


Shipping Rates

Most items do ship for at no additional cost and are noted as "Free Shipping" on each product. If an item does have shipping charges they will be noted under the Shipping Info tab on each product page. WhiteOakBarn.com automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Some Furniture, lighting and delicate items may need to be securely carted and packaged. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge." Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on the carrier’s website.


Multiple Shipments

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is back-ordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).


Shipping Backorders

White Oak Barn will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no additional freight charge. If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.

Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (selling out before we've had a chance to update the web-site)

White Oak Barn does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason.

White Oak Barn will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of electricians, contractors, or other professional installation.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@whiteoakbarn.com and send your item to: 980 Birmingham Hwy. Ste. 501-279, Milton, GA 30004, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
